Returns & Exchanges

- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue for a speedy resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Items on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Opened or used pet items (e.g., beds, toys, and bowls) due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Exchanges
