At The Dog Pawtrol, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue for a speedy resolution.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
    • Personalized or custom-made items.
    • Opened or used pet items (e.g., beds, toys, and bowls) due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:

    • If applicable, include photos of any issues.
  2. Approval:
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • If the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as initiating a return. Once approved, we will process your exchange promptly. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
